ADVERTISEMENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
For images, artwork, or photos submitted digitally:
- The program book will be printed in full color.
- Save images at 300 dpi resolution or greater; this will avoid graininess when printed.
- The image should be saved at its output size, i.e. the actual size that the image should be printed as indicated above.
- Please save your images in tiff format (jpeg is acceptable but tiff is preferred since it allows us to manipulate the images, if needed, without loss in resolution).
For ads submitted digitally that includes text and images/art:
- The program book will be printed in full color.
- Please check that your files are saved at 300 dpi resolution or greater.
- Please check that the ad is saved at its output size, i.e. the actual size the ad will be printed, please refer to the above guidelines.
- Please proof your copy for name, title, and spelling/grammar errors.
- Please save your ad as a PDF file so that the fonts will be locked.
For text only ads submitted digitally:
- Please proof your copy for name, title, and spelling/grammar errors.
- Please save your ad as a PDF file so that the fonts will be locked.
Send all files to:
- Your information should be sent so we may receive it by December 20, 2104.
- Hardcopy items should be sent in a file folder/rigid backing to avoid creases and wrinkles and labeled DO NOT BEND on the envelope.
- Small digital files (8 MB or less) can be emailed to: lizseitzderobertis@gmail.com; please put in the subject line: Gala Program.
- Please burn large digital files (8 MB or greater) to a CD and send to:
