Oktoberfest Menu
Chef Claud Beltran and his team at Bacchus' Kitchen in Pasadena have created a mouth watering German menu for our Oktoberfest event. All food will be delivered contact-free between 4:00-7:00pm on our event day, Friday, October 2.
Place orders on the "Patrons, Dinner, Donations" page.
Note: Each "dinner" is for two persons.
When placing your order, please be prepared to select an entrée and beverage preference for each dinner for two (2).
You will also be prompted to indicate a SINGLE first and last name for each dinner for two (2).
Appetizer
Salted pretzel with Düsseldorf mustard

Belgian endive with mustard greens, yellow beets, fine herbs and mustard vinaigrette

Rinderrouladene
Braised flank steak with pickle, mustard and bread crumbs served with German potato salad, roasted turnips, whole grain dill sauce
Paprika Chicken
Chive spätzle, grilled marinated cabbage, paprika caraway tomato sauce
Vegetarian
Grilled cabbage, chive spätzle, roasted rutabaga with parsley caraway sauce
Dessert
Apple strudel with cinnamon crème anglaise
